Got to thinking yesterday about some good friends of ours at Bellows House Bakery and their yummy line of shortbread cookies and "to die for" brownies. Those are just a smattering of their offerings. As you might have guessed these goodies are made in small batches to order and exude a delicious homemade taste. They have also perfected scones and whoopie pies, a personal favorite. However I have to say that their crumb cakes are exceptionally mouth watering, very moist and great flavor. The cakes come in 2 flavors, Cinnamon Burst and Blueberry, both excellent choices.
As for the brownies, that is another story, one of perfection. Just listen to these choices: Peanut Butter Chip, Macaroon, Caramel Pecan and the more basic, Fudge, Fudge Walnut and Chocolate Chip.
